Adani Gas introduces the Short Messaging Services(SMS). The service is categorise in General and Personalised category. The General Category SMS facility is available to all but the Personalised category SMS facility is available to Adani Gas Customers
The Personalised category enables the customers to get their bill details, payment details, outstanding details, Birthday Wishes etc. along with other SMS facilities. To avail this facility, the customer have to get registered for the services.
To get Registered with Insta Alerts facility, Download the Registration Form from here, Or collect from any of the offices of Adani Gas.
The following Keywords are available for Insta Alerts as of now. Customer can send the SMS with the keyword in specified format to 09727097270.

|| Type BILL and your customer number separated by space (e.g. BILL 1234567890) and send to get your last bill and outstanding details
|| Type PRICE and send to get PNG & CNG prices for all the segments and Domestic PNG connection charges
|| Type HELP and send to get help on the keywords for Insta Alerts
|| Type PAYMENT and customer number separated by space and send to get last payment details
| READ <Customer-id> <reading>
|| Type READ followed by Customer id and Meter reading separated by space and send to submit the meter reading for billing
| CNG <AreaName>
|| Type CNG and Area separated by space (e.g. CNG Naranpura) and send to get location of CNG station in that Area
| DB <AreaName>
|| Type DB and Area separated by space (e.g. DB Naranpura) and send to get location of Cheque Drop Box in that Area
| AVA <SocietyName>
|| Type AVA and Society Name separated by space (e.g. AVA Saikrupa or AVA Sai Krup) and send to know the availability of Piped Natural Gas connectivity in that society.
